Using SharpSlot
SharpSlot provides software for managing barbershop bookings, walk-ins, customers, services, schedules, reports, notifications, public booking pages, and optional calendar synchronization. By using SharpSlot, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your use of SharpSlot complies with applicable laws and obligations to customers.
Merchant and booking information
Merchants control the services, pricing, availability, business information, and booking records associated with their business. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of this information and for communicating appointment, cancellation, refund, and payment policies to customers. SharpSlot does not itself provide barbering services or guarantee that a merchant or customer will attend an appointment.
Google Calendar
A merchant may optionally authorize SharpSlot to create, update, and remove SharpSlot booking events in the merchant’s Google Calendar. The merchant can disconnect this feature from Settings. Calendar synchronization depends on Google’s services and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable; merchants remain responsible for checking their SharpSlot schedule.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse SharpSlot, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, use the service to violate another person’s rights, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SharpSlot. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party services, including hosting, email, database, and Google Calendar services, may affect functionality.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SharpSlot is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. SharpSlot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using SharpSlot at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as SharpSlot evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to the SharpSlot support address displayed on the Google authorization screen or provided during merchant onboarding.
